Biography

Vince Baldassarre, Holistic Health Expert, has been helping people relieve their aches and pains, as well as transform their health and well-being for over two decades. Vince is an active certified member of the Quebec’s Federation of Massage Therapists (F.Q.M. – “Fédération québécoise des massothérapeutes“) since 1994, and a member of the National Association of Naturopaths (N.A.N.) for over 13 years.

He completed a B.A. Sc. in Holistic Nutrition in 1995 and received a 5th Degree Black Belt in authentic Chinese Martial Arts from the Grand Master Sing Ming Li in 1989. Vince was Head Therapist for the La La La Human Steps dance company during their 1998 SALT European Tour, and worked for the Riverdance dance troupe in 2004.

Vince has worked for various multidisciplinary and medical clinics before launching his own private practice in 2010. While most massage therapy schools focus on relaxation, Vince has specialized in the curative aspects of massage therapy. He orients his practice and expertise on relieving pain for patients with chronic conditions and/or injuries, including road accidents and sports injuries. Vince’s clients include executives, elite athletes, growing adolescents, expecting mothers, cancer patients, elderly, and simply all individuals looking to relieve their pain or proactively stay healthy and mobile.

Vince’s expertise far exceeds the industry standard and, since he obtained his certification in 1994, he has been exposed to many healing modalities, including basic intermediate and advanced Shiatsu therapy, soft tissue release techniques, clinical massage therapy, neuromuscular therapy, rolfing, myofascial release, active release, and rehabilitative stretching.

Vince’s experience has allowed him to express both his analytical and creative sides, and to develop his own unique style called “Muscle Therapy.” Muscle Therapy is a results-oriented therapy that not only releases deep muscular tension, but also includes self-care techniques to help clients participate fully in their recovery and in achieving an improved sense of well-being.
